Shipping Policy

We aim to ship to all over EUROPE/ AMERICA/UAE and shipping can take from 1-6 days.

Local UK delivery it can be 1-3 days. Local delivery involves places including 

Leicester,Birmingham,Harrow,Brent,Ealing,Hounslow,Redbridge,Newham,Hillingdon,Wolverhampton,Sandwrnet,Coventry,Croydon,Slough,Bolton,Kirklees,Manchester,Preston,Bolton,East Ham,West Ham, Scotland, Newcastle,Liverpool,Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Wythenshaw, etc our shop  serve to all UK areas.

How to Order to Europe,America,UAE - You could select the destination, and select rest of the world shipping- £8.50  OR You could select the pictures  and send to us in the email address provided near the contact us page and I can contact you back with the ways to pay and the shipping amount for your order. Once payment is doneI will post your order from UK.  Maximum shipping will be up to £8.50 for upto 1 kg. We will contact you quickly.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the location of delivery.

The and Ase is not liable or responsible for any issues you may have with a carrier’s services (such as if an item is lost, stolen, or arrives later than expected) and you should contact the applicable carrier as needed. 

Customers are requested to provide accurate ZIP code (postal code), address, area name so that there are no delays in delivery.

For international customers, the VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be borne by the customers, as it varies from country to country based on the local governing policies. These VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be paid to the courier partner during the time of delivery. These charges are in addition to the price paid while placing the order.

                                          Refund policy

  • Refunds can be processed only in case the product is defective, or if the return has been initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product. To initiate a product return, contact us via the form provided. The product should be shipped back to us within 14 working days of contacting us.

  • Once we receive the  product and complete a check to ensure the product is not damaged, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product, and we will begin refund initiation within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned product. The amount corresponding to the product price will be refunded through the same payment method used while purchasing the product. A 5% service charge is applied to returns with no product defects. Please contact us at the contact us form before returning the saree. Only after the return is received and the gift product is confirmed in good condition will the exchange or store credit be done.

  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged, hence refund policy is not applicable for them:

    •  

      if we think the product is used.

      if the product has perfume smell.

    • if its not  returned within specified time period.

      Clothing Items including ready made blouses ,dhothi ,Lingerie , undergarments beacuse of Hygeine issues.

    • No returns if you use coupons to buy products ,or items on sale.

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
